Here’s another nice picture of a gold crown in the church taken by a better photographer. Besides being a fascinating object, you have to imagine this crown’s history. Who has put this crown on their head? Surely it’s been on the heads of royalty, but you have to wonder if museum curators ever take the liberty to strut their stuff in a crown like this.
