The famous bridge of Ronda, Spain – Puente Nuevo

Did you know that the first attempt at building this bridge failed quickly after it was completed?  Built in the 1700s, the current bridge, the Puente Nuevo (“new bridge“) connects La Ciudad, the old city, with the rest of the ever-growing Andalucian city of Ronda.
